Online Service allows selected customers who have purchased qualifying Service Contracts from Dialogic to submit questions and issues directly to Dialogic’s technical staff.

Online Service is directly connected to Dialogic's Issue Management system and allows you to view real time status information on service cases and to update service cases yourself.
