Summary of the utility programs

SS7 Monitor provides the following utility programs:

Program	Description
moncfg	Downloads the NA SS7 Monitor Software configuration to the TX board at boot time.
monmgr	Monitors and manages the status of the NA SS7 Monitor Software.
monapp	Partially decodes SS7 messages.
