Before running the VisionVideo QCS software, you must obtain and install a valid VisionVideo QCS license from Dialogic. This license is valid for a specific server only. Installation of a license requires root privilege.
Follow this procedure to obtain and install a QCS license:
Locate the nodeinfo-<machine_name>-<date_time>.txt file in /opt/visionvideo/license. This file is created during the QCS software installation and contains information about your server.
Send this file in an email to VisionVideo-Support@dialogic.com. This file is used to create a valid QCS license and is returned to you in an email.
After receiving the QCS license file from Dialogic, copy it to /opt/visionvideo/license and rename it to license.xml.
Log off and log in again.
