Starting and Shutting Down

The VisionVideo QCS software will not start properly without a valid license installed. The user must have read permissions on the file system and directories where the video files are stored.

Starting Up

To run the VisionVideo QCS software, enter the following command from the command line:

runQcs

The startup initialization process can take several minutes.

A message is displayed when the QCS software is started.

Shutting Down

To shut down the VisionVideo QCS software, enter the following command from the command line:

stopQcs

A message is displayed when the process is complete.
