Web User Interface Access Levels

The PowerMedia WMS supports two access levels:

• Administrator—Can change the configuration of the system and execute administrative tasks.
• Operator—Can monitor the system, but cannot change configurations or execute administrative tasks.

Commands that are only available to Administrators are noted as such. All other commands are usable by both operators and administrators.

Note: You must be an Administrator to configure the system.

These two levels and the privileges associated with each are described in detail in Operations, Administration, and Maintenance. The PowerMedia WMS comes with a default Administrator user account. The user name and password of this account are:

User Name:    admin

Password:   <blank>

User names and passwords are case sensitive.
