Dialogic provides flexible service contracts to meet a wide variety of customer requirements.

Per Unit Plans

Three levels of per unit plans are available for enterprise media gateways.

If a unit is deployed in a mission-critical environment, you may want to choose a Platinum Per Unit Plan, which includes 24 x 7 support for critical service requests and Hardware Advance replacement service. For non-mission-critical environments, you may wish to select either a Silver or Value Per Unit Plan, depending on the service features you require.
