The Dialogic® Pro™ Silver Service Agreement is designed for the carrier market including service providers, developers, and system integrators who require business hours support and access to Dialogic expertise
The following is a summary of the Silver Service Agreement features:
- Assigned Technical Focal Point
- 8 x 5 support for Service Requests
- Hardware Repair Service (Return to Factory) *
- Service Request Response Times: Critical 30 mins; Major 2 hrs; Minor 4 hrs (during business hours)
- Access to software updates and upgrades, including fixes, and software maintenance releases, implemented in conjunction with the application provider
- Access to online problem submission and real-time problem status systems
- Access to senior Dialogic product support applications engineers
- Ability to purchase all optional Dialogic® Pro™ Advantage Services
- Optional access to Dialogic American, European, and Asia Pacific support centers
- Service request case limits may apply
