Enterprise Media Gateways

The Dialogic® Media Gateway Series (DMG Series) offers both turnkey appliances and integrated platforms that connect IP networks to the PSTN or PBXs. Tested for interoperability with leading PBXs and enterprise applications and easy to install and manage with a web-based interface, these gateways can be used for Unified Messaging and Communications, FoIP Servers and Document Management, IP-PBX PSTN Access, SIP Trunking, Toll Bypass, and many other uses.

Also included in this category is Dialogic® Diva® SIPcontrol™ Software, which converts Dialogic® Diva® Media Boards into SIP-enabled PSTN/IP gateways.

Integrated Media Gateways (IMG)

Supporting media and signaling in a single chassis, the Dialogic IMG 1010 Integrated Media Gateway is a VoIP gateway that provides any-to-any voice network connectivity (SIP to PRI, CAS, and SS7 networks) and allows carriers to deliver new telephony services quickly. This gateway also supports IP-to-IP transcoding for network peering applications.

Converged Services Platform (CSP)

Dialogic® Converged Services Platforms are high-performance, open programmable media platforms with integrated signaling capabilities that bridge existing wired and wireless networks with IP networks and integrate signaling protocols for IP (SIP and H.323), TDM (SS7, PRI, and R1/R2), mobility, and IN. CSP Platforms can speed time-to-market and protect a carrier's investment in legacy equipment.

Multi-Services Platform (MSP)

The Dialogic® MSP 1010 Multi-Services Platform is a flexible, high-density media resource platform with integrated signaling capabilities, and is suitable for deployment in TDM, IP, and converged networks as a service node, intelligent peripheral, and application server. Applications that can be deployed with the MSP 1010 include prepaid voice and data services, PBX switching, and voice applications such as call center, IVR, Multi-Ring Back Tone (MRBT), voice mail, and conferencing solutions. Also supported are a wide range of services based on SS7 monitoring, including welcome roamer and missed call alert, and signaling services such as SMS-C, SMS Router, IN applications, and signaling converters.

Vision Servers and Gateways

The Dialogic® Vision™ VX Integrated Media Platform is a standards-based integrated media and signaling platform that supports the creation and deployment of multimedia audio and video telephony services using VoiceXML and CCXML. It can be used to quickly develop and deploy voice and mobile video applications across a broad range of network interfaces and media types, and it can also enable seamless migration from traditional PSTN networks to next-generation IMS networks.

The Dialogic® Vision™ CX Video Gateway is a carrier-ready video gateway that can connect SIP-based video and multimedia services to both voice-only and 3G-324M-enabled mobile devices. The ability of the Vision CX Video Gateway to simultaneously support video and voice-only calls simplifies the routing and switch logic needed to support both video and voice services, and its integrated ISDN and SS7/ISUP signaling enables efficient integration into carrier network environments.
