Product Discontinuance Alert

Discontinuance for Dialogic® Host Media Processing Release 1.5 for Linux® was announced on March 15, 2008. Dialogic plans to address defects in the Discontinued Release that are reported prior to June 1, 2009 in a final Service Update. It is expected that this final Service Update will be released in July 2009. Please note that only the following limited support will be provided on the Discontinued Release between June 1, 2009 through September 15, 2009: For issues reported, a new Case number will be opened, initial investigation will be performed, effort will be applied to identify if the issue has been resolved in Dialogic ® Host Media Processing (HMP) Software Release 3.1LIN (“Migration Release”) and/or to provide a workaround to resolve the issue, if possible.

During the period from June 1, 2009 through September 15, 2009, no new defects will be entered on this Release. Any issues reported against this Product after June 1, 2009 must be reproducible on an active Dialogic HMP Software Release for Windows for Dialogic to extend support. Customers are strongly encouraged to move applications to the latest Migration Release immediately.

To run Dialogic ® Host Media Processing (HMP) Software for Linux successfully, you need HMP software and a suitable kernel.
