Includes Trade-In Program for Competitive Video Gateways and Cost-Effective Dialogic® Vision™ 1000 Video Gateway Bundle for Lab Installations

Parsippany, NJ - August 16, 2010 - Dialogic Corporation ("Dialogic"), a global provider of world-class products and technologies for multimedia and signal processing, today announced the launch of its Dialogic® Vision TM Video Gateway Plus Program ("Vision Plus Program") to offer service providers and solution developers a trade-in promotion for replacing deployed video gateways with a Dialogic Vision 1000 Video Gateway. Also part of the Vision Plus Program is the ability to purchase a reduced price lab bundle, which includes a Dialogic® Vision TM 1000 Video Gateway plus free remote installation and remote training.

The Vision Plus Program enables mobile operators to maintain their competitive presence with their current and planned deployments of value-added mobile video services by taking advantage of Dialogic's field proven products and domain expertise in integrating 3G-324M video gateways with mobile networks. Participants in the trade-in promotion are required to have competitive video gateway equipment currently installed. Official terms and conditions of the Video Plus Program are available from local Dialogic sales representatives.

The Vision 1000 Video Gateway's 3G-324M interoperability and real-time video transcoding enable service providers to deliver enhanced video quality for interactive mobile video services such as social networking, integrated video conferencing, video call completion to voice (VCCV), video SMS or video voice mail, video surveillance, interactive voice and video response (IVVR) and video advertising. The product's fully-featured 3G-324M support includes any-to-any transcoding between H.264, MPEG4 and H.263 for connection of IP endpoints and mobile video handsets. The Vision 1000 Video Gateway also incorporates Dialogic's patent-pending bit rate controller technology, as well as licensed MONA/WNSRP technology for fast call setup and high quality subscriber experience.

"As mobile networks grow to support billions of subscribers worldwide, video services represent an exciting approach to generating new revenue streams. However, while this opportunity is significant, service providers can be faced with a changing vendor landscape that can make it difficult to choose the right technology partner," said Kevin Cook, senior vice president of worldwide sales at Dialogic Corporation. "The Vision Plus Program helps reduce risks in deploying 3G-324M video gateway technologies and enables service providers to maintain-- and grow-- mobile video service revenues."

The Vision Plus Program offers something for everyone. It allows mobile operators to take advantage of proven vendor support services, to connect video gateways to a broad range of complementary Dialogic® products and services designed for service provider deployments, and to reach a broad portfolio of Dialogic ecosystem partners developing innovative video services for mobile networks. Telecom equipment manufacturers who participate in the Vision Plus Program can gain plug and play interoperability with their existing product portfolios using standardized open protocols. And application providers can receive support for a rich set of application development paradigms, providing them a broad choice of APIs and protocols.
