Dialogic Media Labs’ Quality of Experience solution named Superstar in Applications & Media Delivery Category

2010 Mobile Star Awards Superstar

San Jose, CA - December 22, 2010 - Dialogic Inc. (NASDAQ: DLGC), a leading provider of communications technologies that power advanced networks, today announced it has been named a winner in the ninth annual Mobile Star AwardsTM program, hosted by mobile technology news portal MobileVillage.com. Dialogic® Media Labs' (DML) Quality of Experience (QoE) solution won the Superstar Award in the Operator Solutions: Applications & Media Delivery category for its ability to validate that the right video content is delivered to the right device with the right quality.

The DML mobile video solution, which incorporates patent-pending Dialogic technology, analyzes the video stream to determine the experience as perceived by the end consumer. DML's solution supports the monetization of mobile video content by enabling companies in the mobile video ecosystem to measure and determine QoE.

As in past years, the Mobile Star Awards program showcases "best of" entries in dozens of categories including mobile apps, wireless network solutions, enterprise mobile software, enterprise success stories, technology visionaries, and more. Winners were chosen by subscribers of MobileVillage's "Go MobileTM" - a free bi-weekly e-newsletter that delivers informative headlines and links to top mobile technology stories on popular websites including: Cnet, Engadget, Gizmodo, Mashable, Computerworld, and many others.

"We are truly honored to have our QoE solution recognized by the Mobile Village team. Because this award was chosen by popular vote, it gives our team great satisfaction to know its hard work is looked upon by the public with such high regard," said Joe Mele, General Manager of Dialogic Media Labs. "This award is not only an important acknowledgement for the hard work and effort of the DML team, but it is also an indication of the innovative media solutions that Dialogic and DML are tirelessly working on for the future."

"Because 'Go Mobile' readers are the industry's most savvy mobile business users, Mobile Star Awards winners can claim they are the users' choice," says Jon Covington, MobileVillage founder and president. "Winners are chosen by real users based on real results, not hype. Brand new mobile services competed on equal footing with well-established solutions. Both nominees and winners are respected in the mobile industry as the new leaders to watch."
