SAN JOSE, Calif., January 20, 2011 - Dialogic Inc. (NASDAQ: DLGC), a leading provider of communications technologies that power advanced networks, today announced that it will release financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2010 shortly after the close of market on Monday, February 28, 2011. Dialogic will host a conference call and live webcast at 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time (1:30 p.m. Pacific Time) that day to discuss the results.
