About Dialogic Pro Service Contracts
Dialogic provides flexible service contracts to meet a wide variety of customer requirements.
If you are a new or existing customer developing applications with Dialogic® board-based products, the Developer Service Plan can provide you with assistance for development-related questions while helping you formulate your design and make changes and upgrades.
When you are ready to deploy or want to provide services for fielded products, a Silver Per Unit Plan or a Value Per Unit Plan can provide coverage for deployed products that includes software maintenance and remote technical support. The Silver Per Unit Plan also includes Hardware Advance Replacement Service.
If you prefer to cover development needs and deployed products under a single agreement with the option of adding individual Dialogic Pro Advantage Services to customize the package, consider the Developer Advantage Service Agreement.
