Profile Activation Issues

Q.  I created a new Single Sign On profile. Where is my activation email?

A. An activation email was sent to you when you registered. It was sent to the email address you provided on the registration form. Please check your email inbox again in case there was a delay and also make sure the email is not in a spam folder. The email was sent by profile@dialogic.com.

Q. I received my activation email, but the link is not working. What should I do?

A. Please send an email to profile@dialogic.com and briefly describe your problem. We will confirm your email address and troubleshoot your problem as soon as possible.

Q. I clicked on the link in my activation email and received an error message. What is wrong?

A. Please send an email to profile@dialogic.com and let us know that the email activation failed. We will be happy to confirm your email address from our end.

Login and Password Issues

Q. I registered. Why are my user my username and password not accepted when I try to log in?

A. Once you register, you must activate your account. If you have activated your account and you still cannot login, please go to the Forgot My Password page and reset your password.

Q. Why am I unable to reset my password?

A. New passwords must be 5 to 20 characters long and are case sensitive. You may include any combination of letters (A through Z), numbers (0 to 9), and special characters (such as ^!*_-#). If you are following these rules and you continue to have problems resetting your password,  please send an email to profile@dialogic.com.

 

General Registration Questions

Q. What am I registering for?

A. You are registering to access the content and services available on dialogic.com and related Dialogic websites with a single log in. This will allow you to access the Dialogic Exchange Network, the Dialogic Service Center and restricted downloads.

Q. Will I have to register again if I want to download or view content on dialogic.com?

A. Once you have completed and activated your Single Sign On registration, you will be able to log in at any time, using just your email address and password and download or view most of the restricted content on dialogic.com. Please note that some webpages may occasionally be available only to particular users or some dialogic.com websites may not be part of the Single Sign On system yet.

Q. Can I download content without registering?

A. Some content on dialogic.com is restricted and you must register to access it. Once you register for the Single Sign On system, most of the content on dialogic.com should be freely available to you when you log in. You will no longer need to login repeatedly to access to the many different types of content and services available to you.

Q. I am already a DEN member. Why do I have to register again?

A. The Single Sign On system allows you to access the DEN and the content and services on dialogic.com with a single login. Your DEN profile and history will not change, and you will be able to access all the information that is specifically for DEN community members as you have in the past.

Updating your newsletter preferences will soon be available through the update profile section.

Profile Updates

Q.How do I update the information in my profile?

A. Go to the "My Profile" page by clicking on "Profile" on the top right side of the login page. Most of your profile data can be modified directly on the "My Profile" page, but you must click on a separate link to update your password. When you have made the changes to your profile, click the "Update" button.

Cancellation

Q. How do I cancel my registration?

A. To cancel your registration, send an email to mailto:profile@dialogic.com?subject=Cancel%20My%20Profile and tell us to delete your profile. We will delete your profile as soon as possible.
