Benign Assert Message in DebugAngel

Symptom:
When running load testing with DMVB boards, a Control Processor ASSERT message will appear occasionally.  This has been observed on SR 6.0 Win PCI, but may show up in other releases.  This is how it appears:

14:02:02.116| 000:CP1:CP-HOST ISR ASSERT - LINE 84
14:02:02.116| 000:CP1:qErrNo = 0x0
14:55:05.274| 000:CP1:CP-HOST ISR ASSERT - LINE 84
14:55:05.274| 000:CP1:qErrNo = 0x38001
16:00:07.254| 000:CP1:CP-HOST ISR ASSERT - LINE 84
16:00:07.254| 000:CP1:qErrNo = 0x38001

Reason for the problem:
This message occurs when the kernel processes an unexpected interrupt, and is no cause for concern.  This can be misleading if the board fails later on, and one is attempting to discern the exact timestamp where the initial problems started to occur on the board.
