Possible issues starting an IPT series IP Board

Issue Description:

On installation of Dialogic® System Release 6.1 CompactPCI for Windows®, an issue may occur if the configuration setting for the TDM Bus Type does not allow services to start.

With Dialogic® IPT-series IP Boards (for example: a Dialogic® IPT4800C IP Board), the TDM Bus Type configuration should be set to the value 'None'.

Summary:

Change the settings so that the TDM Bus Type is set to 'None'

Further information:

If the TDM Bus Type is set to something other than 'None', Dialogic services may not start and issues may be logged in the Dialogic® Runtime Trace Facility (RTF) logs.

Examples of possible errors in the RTF logs:

1 . pmac_transport.dll
2.  OAMSYSLOG

In addition, there may be errors logged in the Windows® Application and System Event logs for the Dialogic services.
