Detect end of voice recording

DivaRecordVoiceFile() is used to record data off the ISDN line and store it in a file, for example as a WAV PCM file, or as a raw stream of A-Law bytes. The recording is stopped either by a timeout (maximum recording time reached) or by an explicit call to DivaStopRecording(). In either case, the application will receive an event DivaEventRecordVoiceEnded which means that the record operation has terminated.

DivaEventRecordVoiceEnded is now documented in the SDK from version 3.4
