DM3 and JCT boards - Find the Serial Number

Where to find the Serial Number (S/N)

The Serial Number can be found on a sticker on the back of the board.  The sticker has printed on it a barcode and a cross next to a number.

Alternatively, you can find the Serial Number through the Dialogic Configuration Manager (DCM) on Windows or the listboards tool on Linux.  See below for more details.

What does the Serial Number look like?

The serial number begins with two letters followed by six numbers, for example:

HQ000465
HX007465
KS014983
KS014980
GG000104
GP689090

Windows Installation

Open the Dialogic Configuration Manager (DCM)
Double click on the board
Go to the Misc or Physical tab
Look for the entry SerialNumber

Linux Installation

Use the List Board Information utility using the following command:

listboards -l2
