CAS Channel Purge Reason(0x77): Internal Connect Timeout
This error indicates that there is an internal timeout due to the misconfiguration of the CAS channels outseize instruction list.
Changing the outseize instruction list to "wait for host control with answer supervision" will correct this issue.
