All query messages are being blocked

Symptom:

All query messages are blocked by the Dialogic® CSP Converged Services Platform (CSP) Matrix card, but the call processing messages are processed.

How do you know the queries are being blocked?

If you are using Dialogic® CSP SwitchKit® Development Environment (SwitchKit) the query messages timeout.
If you not using SwitchKit the switch does not respond with an ack or nack to the query message sent.

Reason for the issue:

The issue may be caused by redundancy synchronization between the following CSP redundant card pairs:

Dialogic® ISDN Series-3 Card
Dialogic® ISDN PRI Card
Dialogic® SS7 Series-3 Card
Dialogic® SS7 PQ Card

Fix / Solution:

Once you have confirmed via logs and/or matrix debug prints that query messages are being blocked,  send a CCS Redundancy configure message type 0x5b with option set to 0x01 (Suspend Synchronization) to the Dialogic® Converged Services Platform (CSP) Matrix card via the host.

Please refer to the Dialogic® CSP Converged Services Platform API Reference Guide for details about the 0x5b CCS Redundancy message.

Once you stop the synchronization, the outstanding query messages that are buffered will unblock and the host will then be able to send new query messages.

Example of Raw api message below:
00 0e 00 5b 00 00 07 00 02 01 01 00 01 01 01 01

Example of SwitchKit formatted message:
CCSRedundancyConfig(Node=7, PrimaryCard=0x00, SecondaryCard=0x01, RedundancyType=0x01);
