Get statistics from DSP2 and DSP2 Plus cards

This article explains how Switchkit users can create log files containing statistics queries.

Procedure:

  • Select the 'Monitor' pull-down heading at the top of the CSA window.
  • In the list, select 'Statistics' and a pop-up window will be displayed as seen below
  • Each query can be individually selected using Yes/No selections in the Enable column
  • Alternatively, enable 'All' to activate all the queries
  • You can also change the log file names for each query
  • You can change the delay between queries by setting a value in the 'Frequency' column

Refer to the Dialogic® Converged Services Platform (CSP) API Reference Guide for details of the content of the log files.

The table below summarizes the TLV for each query name.  Look up the TLV in the API Reference Guide to find the decode and meaning of each of the data bytes saved in the log files.

See the attached file All.log for example output.
