Carrier doesn't receive UDT: confirm transmission of UDT
The MSP or CSP returns a positive acknowledgement to a host-initiated TC-INVOKE/BEGIN, but the carrier doesn't receive the UDT. Is there a way to confirm the UDT was put on the wire?
