How can I set a date and time in my logs?

Symptom     

Troubleshooting logs generated from Dialogic® 1000 Media Gateways and Dialogic® 2000 Media Gateways do not have a date and time in them. 

 

Solution  

Configure the DMG1000 Gateway or DMG2000 Gateway to get the current time from a time server somewhere in your network or on the Internet.  This is configured under:


Configuration -> IP -> SNTP Server IP Address
