How to check if you have a Diva software license installed

Introduction

A software license is required if:

(a) you have a Diva software product installed such as:

  • Dialogic® Diva® softIP for SIP Software
  • Dialogic® Diva® softSS7 Software
  • Dialogic® Diva® SIPcontrol™ Software

(b) you have a Diva board installed with additional functionality enabled via a license.

You can check whether you have a Diva software license in use on your system as described below.

WINDOWS:

Open the Diva Configuration Manager.

Any Diva board (physical or virtual) that has a license attached has a key shown on its icon. If the key is green, the license is valid. If the key is red, the license is invalid.

All available licenses are listed on the left. Click on a license ID to display its details:

In this example, a Diva V-4PRI board is installed with a license for 120 V.34 fax channels.
