MVNOs Leverage Customized Telco Subscription Offerings with Zero Downtime
MILPITAS, Calif. – July 23, 2013 – Dialogic Inc. (OTCQB:DLGC), the Network Fuel™ company, today announced that it was selected by mobile virtual network enabler Teleena to deliver scalable capacity and reliable IP-to-IP networking for Teleena’s mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) customers. As a result of the organizations’ commitment to short turnaround and attention to real-time capabilities, Teleena can give its customers the advantage of controlled costs and a cure for inconsistent service or uncertain downtime during testing or system migration.
Teleena required a flexible, reliable gateway infrastructure to replace its Cisco media gateway, which had run out of capacity as Teleena’s subscriber base grew. The company wanted seamless interoperability with its existing Cisco architecture so it could provide unfaltering service to customers. Teleena deployed Dialogic’s I-Gate® 4000 PRO Media Gateway for amplified capacity. Based on the I-Gate 4000 PRO’s success, Teleena also turned to Dialogic to replace its legacy session border controller (SBC) with Dialogic’s BorderNet™ 4000 SBC High Availability platform in order to scale with Teleena’s growing subscriber base, boost reliability, and provide ease-of-use and end-to-end interworking that connects consumers with content.
