1. Introduction
The Signalling Software and Documentation contains all the software and documentation required by a user to use the following Dialogic® products:
- Dialogic® SS7G21 / SS7G22 Signalling Gateways
- Dialogic® SG430 Signalling Gateway
- Dialogic® SIU520 Signalling Interface Unit
- Dialogic® SS7HD Signalling Boards
- Dialogic® SS7AM1 Signalling Board
- Dialogic® SPCI4 and SPCI2S PCI Signalling Boards
- Dialogic® SS7 Host Protocol Software
This area of our website includes drivers and development packages for the following operating systems:
- Microsoft* Windows XP* and Windows* 2000
- Linux*
- Solaris*
Please refer to the License Agreement before installing or using any product downloaded from this webpage.
The website is divided into Product Specific, Generic Information and Host Protocol Software. The Product Specific section contains product-specific user documentation (eg User Manual, Programmer’s Manual etc) as well as code files for downloading to all the board level products.
The Generic Information section includes Development Packages for each operating system (applicable to board level products, SIU hosts and Signalling Gateway hosts), Protocol Documentation (eg Programmer’s Manuals documenting the API to each protocol module) and General Documentation (eg User Guides for the example programs).
The Host Protocol Software section includes protocol binaries for Windows*, Linux* and Solaris* and the corresponding Release Notes.
This document details the individual files present on the distribution and includes hyperlinks to all the documentation.
It is recommended that new users start by reading the User Manual for the product you have purchased. This will in turn refer you to the appropriate Programmer’s Manual, Developer’s Manual or Configuration Manual depending on the product type. This in turn will refer you to the appropriate Development Packages (operating system specific) and Protocol Programmer’s Manuals.
