Using the Diva DtectPCI utility
Dtectpci.exe is a tool which collects information about all PCI bus components and cards installed on the system.
It can be especially useful for problems encountered during or after the installation of the drivers, and it works for the whole range of PCI-based Diva Client cards (thus excluding Diva ISDN USB).
For example, if there is a hardware or resource conflict, a dtectpci output file can help to clarify whether a particular card has been properly detected, or if the required hardware resources have been allocated. It can also help to detect issues related to BIOS settings. It is not necessary to install the Diva Client driver software in order to make use of this utility. Simply download the two files DiPciDmp.sys and DtectPCI.exe.
Open a DOS box (or 'command' prompt), change to the directory where you saved the downloaded files (e.g. C:\) and type in the following command:
dtectpci > pci_scan.txt
After you press ENTER, dtectpci will write information to an output file (e.g. pci_scan.txt).
Here is a screenshot of what this should look like in a DOS prompt.

Here is an example what the content of the output file should look like for a Diva Client Card:
