Diva USB: Check the USB configuration on your PC

Step 1. Check that your PC has the USB hardware and that Windows has detected the hardware and installed the correct drivers. Select the 'Device Manager' tab in System Properties and select 'View devices by type'. Check for ! and ? symbols next to the Universal Serial Bus entries.



Step 2. Check that the DIVA USB is detected and installed on USB.

Select 'View devices by connection' and select, in turn,

• ACPI Uniprocessor PC
• Microsoft ACPI Compatible system
• PCI bus
• The USB Host controller
• The USB Hub

You should now see the Eicon Diva USB connected to the USB Hub.
