DMG4000 - Find the Serial Number and Part Number
Where to find the Serial Number (S/N)
The serial number of a Dialogic® 4000 Media Gateway (DMG4000) is printed on a sticker which is attached to the chassis. The serial number cannot be retrieved by software.
On a Dell-based DMG4000 you will find the sticker on the Dell "EST" slide in the front panel.
Additionally, the sticker is attached on the rear panel next to the Ethernet ports.
On an Intel-based DMG4000 the sticker is on the top panel.
What does the Serial Number look like?
The serial number is a number which is a string of 14 or 15 digits which may have two dashes/hyphens in it, for example: 051012-0138-01234.
