How to check if Dialogic (DM3 or JCT) services are running on Linux

Introduction:

In a system with Dialogic® System Release 6.1 for Linux installed, there is no obvious method for checking if Dialogic services are running.

There is no tool (similar to DCM on Dialogic® System Release 6.0 for Windows) to check on Dialogic service status on Linux.

Solution:

 From directory:

     /etc/init.d/

Run './ct_intel status'

The output will show the service status, similar to what you see below:

[root@localhost initl.d]# ./ct_intel status
Dialogic Services are running...

RTFServer (pid 1268) is running...
devmapserver (pid 2123) is running...
dlgphsmon is stopped
dlgsysmonitorserver (pid 2346) is running...
dlgsysclockserver (pid 2430) is running...
dlgclockdaemon (pid 2812) is running...
[root@localhost init.d]#
