The “Advanced Dialogic® ControlSwitch™ System 5.x Certification course” provides participants with in-depth necessary knowledge and skills to perform advanced routing, maintenance, debugging and monitoring of the Dialogic ControlSwitch. The attendees will gain knowledge on how to monitor, debug and prevent problems that may arise during daily operation of the system. This training course combines theory and hands-on experience based on Dialogic expert’s best practice

Objectives
Upon successful completion of this course participants will be able to:
- Perform high level maintenance within the operation environment.

Required Preparation
- Recommended 6 Months of active work for ControlSwitch including provisioning and maintenance of the ControlSwitch platform
- In-depth knowledge in SS7/PRI Signaling network and IP based protocols (MGCP, H.323, SIP)
- Working knowledge of UNIX commands
